During his tenure as a business, real estate and environmental attorney, Chris gained diverse transactional and litigation experience alike.  Now solely a transactional attorney, Chris advances clients’ interests before a dispute arises through strategic planning, development of business systems, and sound counsel sensitive to each clients’ legal and personal needs.

Chris joined Mastin Bergstrom in August of 2018.  Prior to joining the firm, Chris ran a successful practice with an emphasis on real estate investing, structuring business entities and transactions, due diligence, environmental best practices, and the associated needs of ambitious business owners and non-profits alike; often serving as de-facto corporate counsel to the same.  Licensed to practice in both Colorado and his home state of Michigan, he has experience representing a wide array of private sector clients and advocating for non-profits in heavily regulated industries.

Whether a business entity, shareholder, member, individual, or otherwise interested party, Chris will listen intently so to best serve your needs.  He holds his relationships with clients in the utmost regard, and firmly believes effective representation begins with unrivaled attention to the same.

Chris’ interests include sailing, music theory, hiking, and caring for his Border Terrier, Otis.  His interests mirror the skills he employs as an attorney: Attentiveness, embracing challenge, and most importantly, reaching common goals through sound logic and collaboration.
